What you can expect in a day in the role:

Joining our team, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders all with exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, enquiries and complaints
• Assisting with gaming payments and cashouts
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Taking orders, and running food to tables
• Assist with large groups or bookings and gaming enquiries

What you will bring to the role: 

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.

We are also looking for:

• Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
• An understanding of food & beverage products and services
• Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), or able to obtain
• Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shifts

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks
