We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based at Country Club Tasmania, Prospect Vale, Launceston.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be a trusted business partner to operational leaders, helping turn financial data into actionable insights that drive performance, improve decision-making and support the achievement of business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with operational leaders across Country Club Tasmania, providing financial guidance and commercial insights to support informed decision-making and business performance
• Own the monthly financial reporting process, including P&L management, journals, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, translating financial data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators including labour, revenue, margins and cost of goods sold, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to financial governance, statutory reporting requirements and continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, processes and reporting
• Build strong relationships across the business, helping operational teams understand financial performance and achieve commercial outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• CPA or CA qualification, together with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational support
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for helping leaders make better business decisions.
