What can you expect from a day in this role? 

The Groups and Corporate Sales Executive role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service, reporting to the National Sales Manager.  

The position plays a key role in representing the organisation’s brands, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and memorable guest experiences.

What will you bring to the role? 

You radiate a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences, with an instinctive ability to anticipate needs and go above and beyond expectations. Your proven background in sales means you bring the following: 

• Clear, confident communication: whether you're speaking with guests or crafting thoughtful written messages, your words build trust and connection. 

• A bold presence in fast-paced, competitive environments: where your talent for nurturing strong client relationships and creating bespoke solutions drives real business impact. 

• A respect for brand standards and structured sales approaches: ensuring every interaction is both strategic and authentic. 

• A dynamic blend of proactive business development and responsive account management: allowing you to seize opportunities while staying attuned to client needs. 

Ideally, you’ll have demonstrated experience working in sales from a hospitality, tourism or events environment. You’ll love achieving and exceeding sales target, working within a team and independently.
