Who are we looking for:

Our Range Supervisors support the Venue Operations Manager with bringing the operational requirements in our vibrant and fun entertainment venue to life. You’ll lead a team of hospitality staff providing on-floor leadership, guidance, training, and management, to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the driving range, mini golf and food and beverage outlet.  This role is available for a part-time position commencing as soon as possible!

What you’ll bring to the role:

You might have been described as a ‘people person’ with natural leadership skills, your customer service skills bring a smile to customer faces, and you’ll have experience in hospitality management or a similar role.

Additionally, you’ll ideally also bring:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a range of people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• A current Tasmanian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming, please note to obtain this, you must be 18 years or older) or be willing to obtain, as well as a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
• A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
