About Country Club:

Country Club Tasmania spans 300 acres just minutes from Launceston’s CBD, offering a diverse mix of accommodation, dining, gaming and leisure. What you can expect in a day in the role:

This is a hands-on role, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing a broad range of electrical systems across hotel, gaming and facilities environments, such as but not limited to:

• Maintain and repair different electrical systems
• Service and troubleshoot Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs)
• Diagnose faults and deliver practical solutions
• Complete preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests across the property
• Ensure all work meets compliance, safety and regulatory standards
• Work closely with a multi-skilled team

What you’ll bring to the role:

You’re a qualified Electrician who brings strong technical capability, reliability, and a proactive approach. You thrive in a busy environment, take ownership of your work, and prioritise safety and communication.

To succeed, you’ll have:

• A Grade Electrical Licence (Tasmania) essential
• Current Tasmanian Gaming Technician’s Licence or willing to obtain
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Experience in a similar maintenance or hospitality environment (advantageous)
