Working in one of Tasmania’s most stunning locations, on the waterfront just outside the Hobart CBD at Wrest Point Hotel & Casino, you will join our motivated and experienced P&C team.

About the P&C Systems Administrator role
Reporting to the Head of P&C Operations, Projects & Governance, this role is responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimisation of People & Culture systems across Federal Group. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems are reliable, secure and easy to use, enabling strong employee experiences and efficient P&C service delivery.
You’ll work across systems supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning, engagement and benefits, and collaborate closely with P&C, Payroll and Technology teams.
What you’ll be doing
Administer and support People & Culture systems across the employee lifecycle
Maintain system configuration, reporting and day-to-day functionality
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions
Manage routine system activities accurately and within required timeframes, including user maintenance, data uploads, reporting extracts and configuration updates.
Support Technology with integrations and data flows between relevant systems and investigate issues as they arise (escalating to Technology where required)
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts to support operational decision-making, compliance monitoring and workforce insights (where required)
Validate and analyse data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
What will you bring to the role?
Experience administering HR/P&C systems in a medium to large organisation
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data management
Experience supporting system configuration, reporting and user adoption
Excellent troubleshooting and user support capability
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
A continuous improvement approach to systems and processes
To hit the ground running and make a significant impact, you’ll also have experience or knowledge of:
Experience with systems such as PageUp, Culture Amp, LMS platforms or similar
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance and employee lifecycle administration
Understanding of system integrations, payroll/workforce systems and reporting tools
