Country Club Tasmania’s The Range features a state-of-the-art driving range with Top Tracer Technology, an 18-hole mini golf course, a clubhouse restaurant, and a variety of event spaces available for hire. Whether you’re an avid golfer or a keen beginner taking their first swings, The Range is fun and games for everyone, including our employees. 

Who are we looking for:

As a Range Supervisor, you’ll support the Venue Operations Manager with daily operations, lead the team on shift and help deliver a fun, welcoming guest experience across The Range.

• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Maintain high service standards across the driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events.
• Support daily operations, including equipment, stock, guest flow and food and beverage service.
• Promote a safe, positive and team-focused workplace.

What you’ll bring to the role:

You’ll be a natural people person with strong customer service skills and the confidence to lead a team in a busy, guest-focused environment. You’ll bring energy, initiative and a hands-on approach, along with experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar supervisory role.

Additionally, you’ll ideally bring:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A current Tasmanian RSA and RCG, or ability to obtain them prior to commencement
• A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Due to the requirement to hold an RCG for this position, applicants must be aged 18 years of age or over.
