What you can expect in a day in the role:
The Interstate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and growing Federal Hospitality's domestic customer base, visitation, and revenue through relationship marketing and sales in Victoria and other interstate regions. The role aims to enhance the casinos as premier entertainment destinations.
The key responsibility areas of this role include, but are not limited to:
Drive for Results: Provide strategic input and oversee the day-to-day execution of the operational plans and marketing initiatives to develop and grow the Victorian and other interstate gaming regions. Maximise opportunities while controlling labour and operational expenses within budget.
Team and stakeholder contribution: Collaborate with and support internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of initiatives for customers. Work with colleagues to deliver events and functions that surprise, delight, and optimise customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high quality experiences for customers through well executed events and services.
Customer Focus: Continuously review, develop, and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational standards and customer experience. Implement marketing initiatives to maximise Federal Hospitality’s VIP domestic market share for Table Gaming customers.
Event Management: Maintain an annual calendar of events and engagement activities within agreed budgets to grow the Interstate VIP market share; ensuring communication and collaboration with Federal Group stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Experience in customer relationship management and sales, from the casino and hospitality industry.
Demonstrated practical understanding of general gaming industry legislation and controls
Experience working with CRM databases and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Proven experience in working to budgets and reporting against targets
Diploma or tertiary-level qualification, or equivalent demonstrated practical work experience.
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
