What you can expect in a day in this role: 

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience of guests, offer a warm welcome and personalised check-in, and manage the guest experience throughout their stay. You’ll coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and conduct briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs, ensuring a consistent, exceptional experience for all guests. 

 What you will bring to the role:  

You’ll be passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest services, ensuring a memorable experience. Ideally, you’ll also bring: 

• Highly developed organisational skills and a fine eye for detail, 

• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System (preferred) 

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities  

• Experience in guest-centric roles, capable of selling property experiences

This role is in a beautiful remote Tasmanian location, but still only a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.
