Big things are happening here at Country Club Tasmania, and we’re looking for Greenkeepers or experienced Groundkeepers to come along for the ride as we bring our brand-new, world-class golf course to life, opening Spring 2026.

What you can expect in a day in the role:

You’ll bring a genuine passion for green/grounds keeping and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards across the grounds. With a strong interest in golf and a solid understanding of turf care, equipment use, and day-to-day maintenance tasks, you’ll enjoy a role where no two days are the same.

Daily duties include:

• Bunker maintenance
• Repairs and renovations
• Mowing and trimming
• Weather monitoring
• Equipment upkeep
• Tree and shrub care

What you’ll bring to the role:

Along with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset, you will bring the following skills to the role:

• Certificate in Sports Turf Management or hands-on experience in groundskeeping
• Excellent availability across a 7-day rotating roster
• Landscaping experience in a similar environment
• Passion for the outdoors and golf course design
• A forklift license and chemical handling certificate would be advantageous.

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
