About Molly Malone’s:

What you can expect in a day in this role:

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be expected to be hands-on with the daily operations, including gaming, food and beverage across the pub. You’ll lead and manage a close-knit team during your shift, always ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships within the community.  

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead the on-shift team to provide memorable customer service and experiences 
• Ensure health, safety, gaming and food safety operations procedures are followed  
• Assist with staff scheduling and break management in coordination with the Hotel Manager  
• Assist with handling complaints and issues, as required  
• Opening and closing duties, including the bar and bistro

What you will bring to the role:

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.

We are also looking for:

• Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
• An understanding of food & beverage products and services
• Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), or able to obtain 
• Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• Experience in a pub-style venue or similar
