Landscape Restaurant and Grill creates unforgettable dining experiences in the heart of Hobart’s Hunter Street Precinct. What can you expect in a day in this role?

Landscape is currently seeking a Chef de Partie with expertise on the grill section. In this role, you’ll bring a deep understanding of steak cuts and grades to the grill section, expertly operating a wood-fired Asado grill with precision in heat and coal management.

To the role you will bring:

• Previous experience in a premium dining environment or high-end venue
• Extensive experience cooking with an open flame grill
• At least 4 years of proven kitchen experience on the grill and other busy kitchen sections  
• Genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking
• A strong desire to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
• Flexibility to work across various shifts and days, accommodating the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
