What can you expect in a day in this role?
As our Front Office Manager, you’ll be the warm and welcoming presence that sets the tone for every guest’s stay at Saffire Freycinet. You’ll help create and lead an atmosphere of comfort and understated luxury from even before the moment guests arrive.
In this role, you’ll oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, professionally and with genuine care throughout every stage of the guest experience. It’s an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about service, enjoys working in a premium environment, and takes pride in guiding a high performing team to deliver exceptional, worldclass hospitality.
What you will bring to the role:
• Minimum 3 years’ Front Office experience in a 4–5 star luxury hotel or resort, with proven leadership capability
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effortlessly with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• A strategic approach to operational efficiency, including effective rostering and cost management
• Demonstrated success in leading, inspiring and developing teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction results
• Solid experience in staff recruitment, scheduling and performance management
• Strong technical capability, including proficiency with MS Office and expertise in hotel property management systems (RMS)
