What you can expect in a day in this role:
You will be responsible for maintaining our suites, grounds, equipment, and general areas to the highest standards, ensuring all spaces are clean, functional, and beautifully presented with exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you will carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across the property, including minor construction work where required. Your duties will involve repairing fixtures, fittings, cabinetry, doors, skirting boards, plasterboard, and various hardware components to ensure all areas remain functional and impeccably maintained.
What you will bring to the role:

Experience in building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs, preferably within the Hospitality Industry,

Trade qualification in carpentry or similar (preferred but not essential)

Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams and blueprints,

Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often prioritising multiple tasks effectively,

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed
-
Due to the property’s remote setting, applicants must have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
