What you can expect in a day in the role: 

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Bolters Bar and Grill, you can expect every shift to be fun and diverse. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Pouring and serving drinks behind our busy bar
  • Assisting with food service and taking orders
  • Helping customers with gaming, including processing payments and winnings
  • Daily cleaning in both the bar and grill
  • Assisting with events or large groups as needed by the business
  • Assisting with opening and closing the venue 

 

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • A flair for customer service and the ability to interact with all types of people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a food and beverage
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) license or willingness to obtain
  • Shift Supervisor experience will be highly regarded

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
