About the role:
As a Heavy-Duty Night Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in keeping our commercial kitchens clean, safe and running efficiently. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in high standards.
This is a night shift position, working 1:00am – 7:00am across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
Deep cleaning large kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, stovetops and deep fryers
Cleaning range hoods, walls, ceilings and kitchen surfaces
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Managing waste removal and keeping work areas organised
Working independently and as part of the team to support kitchen operations
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Are available to work night shifts (1am–7am)
Have previous kitchen or cleaning experience (preferred)
Enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in maintaining high standards
Can manage your time effectively and work independently
Are reliable, proactive, and take initiative
Communicate clearly and work effectively in a team
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
