What can you expect from a day in this role?
As Operational Alignment Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of how we bring our strategies to life across these diverse businesses. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape and steer the way we work, improve continuously, and keep our teams aligned with long-term goals.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be more than just an implementer, you’ll be playing a hands-on role in making sure strategic initiatives don’t just stay on paper, but get rolled out consistently across the business. You’ll develop and embed efficient workflows, clear communication channels, and practical systems that keep projects on track and our workforces connected. Continuous improvement will be at the core of what you do, driving collaboration and alignment across our businesses to make sure we’re all moving towards the same goals in the same way.
You’ll also lead our administration team, focusing on standardising processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations to underpin broader business objectives.
