Want to be a part of the team? We are looking for a Part-Time Member Services Attendant, a role where you’ll help create unforgettable moments for our guests.

What you can expect in a day in the role:
As the first point of contact for our guests and valued Rewards Members, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing member enquiries and assisting with the Federal Rewards program
• Supporting the delivery of on-property promotions
• Maintaining accurate member information
• Assisting with Gaming Attendant duties when required (training provided)

What you’ll bring to the role:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You will have:

• A genuine passion for customer service and going the extra mile for guests
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Effective time management and a strong understanding of policies and procedures
• The ability to obtain and pay for a Tasmanian RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) and Special Employee Licence under the Gaming Control Act - Please note you must be over the age of 18 to obtain these licences.

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
