What can you expect from a day in this role?
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for the team. In collaboration with the Marketing & Events Manager, you will prioritise tasks in line with established brand strategies and plans and take ownership of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio.
A day in this role is high varied, but you could expect to:
• Co-ordinate the day-to-day promotional requirements of brand campaigns including ensuring promotions are in and out of market at scheduled times
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are clear and brief requirements appropriately
• Understand weekly work deliverables across a range of marketing calendar activity
• Assist in ensuring all activity is aligned to target customers and aligned to brand for each respective business unit
What will you bring to the role?
We are seeking a passionate candidate who is highly organised, creative and curious, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a diverse and ever-changing work environment. You will be a strong communicator with proven success already in your marketing career. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Marketing or Business Management qualifications coupled with experience working in a marketing role as a Coordinator or Specialist
Ability to work with various marketing systems including but not limited to websites, CRM, digital marketing, SEO, Google analytics and design tools
Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with others and influence stakeholders to ensure marketing projects are executed effectively
