What does the role involve?
The Housekeeping Manager’s role is to contribute to the success of Wrest Point by leading the Housekeeping department, including Dry Cleaning, Laundry, Mini Bar and Uniform Room operations. Providing a smooth, timely and efficient service and excellence in rooms presentation whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and achievement of higher productivity in line with Wrest Point’s strategic goals.
