TASkeno is currently looking for a casual Help Desk Operator to join our Operations Centre team. The successful candidate will join the small, friendly team and contribute to TASkeno’s success by providing exceptional phone-based customer service to TASkeno venues in a helpdesk environment.
The Operations Centre operates up to 20 hours a day, seven days per week. The successful applicant will be rostered to work a range of shifts covering both day, night and weekend shifts (including public holidays).
