The Opportunity
Lead the Strategy Execution Office as an integrated enterprise function that translates strategy into coordinated plans, prioritised initiatives, disciplined investment decisions, clear performance reporting and measurable outcomes. The role provides leadership across strategic planning, portfolio governance, performance, sustainability, business case discipline, benefits realisation and strategic project delivery to support ELT and Board decision-making.
The Head of Strategy Execution Office sets direction, governance, prioritisation and escalation pathways. This role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Strategy & Planning, Performance & Sustainability, Project Delivery, Knowledge Management & AI, and Business Analysis & Process Improvement.
