What you can expect in a day in this role: 

You will be responsible for maintaining our suites, grounds, equipment, and general areas to the highest standards, ensuring all spaces are clean, functional, and well-presented with exceptional attention to detail. In this role you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facilities and equipment 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems

• Assist the team with essential business checks

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work via our Property Management System

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs, preferably within the Hospitality Industry, 

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams and blueprints, 

• Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often prioritising multiple tasks effectively, 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and; 

• Reliable vehicle and driver's Licence (preferred, due to remote location)
