About the role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll be one of the first and last people our guests interact with, helping to shape every stage of their Saffire experience. You'll coordinate personalised pre-arrival arrangements, deliver warm and thoughtful arrivals, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. Working closely with all departments, you'll anticipate guest needs, communicate special requests and contribute to the exceptional service standards Saffire is renowned for.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a natural eye for detail and takes genuine pride in creating memorable experiences.
You’re someone who:
Has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality, tourism or luxury service environment
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (RMS experience highly regarded)
Is confident promoting and recommending property experiences and activities
A positive, professional and guest-focused approach
A current driver's licence and reliable transport due to our remote location
Is available to work with us from September through until April or beyond
