About Molly Malone’s:

Part of the Vantage Hotel Group, which includes 12 community-focused venues across Tasmania, Molly Malone’s is a Devonport hotspot on the Northwest Coast offering great value dining, a relaxed bar, a gaming room, live entertainment, and a welcoming vibe. What you can expect in a day in the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders, all with exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries, and complaints
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Taking orders and running food to tables
• Assist with large groups or bookings
• Assist with gaming inquiries
• Providing flexible support across both the bistro and bar as required
  
  

What you will bring to the role: 

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.

We are also looking for:

• Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
• An understanding of food & beverage products and services
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming ( RCG)
• Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• Have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
