About Landscape Restaurant & Grill

Landscape Restaurant & Grill is an award-winning fine dining destination located in the heart of Hobart’s Hunter Street waterfront precinct. Set within the historic walls of the IXL Jam Factory and surrounded by the iconic art of John Glover, Landscape offers an unforgettable dining experience celebrating Tasmania’s world-class produce.

A signature feature of Landscape is our Asado Grill, fired daily using seasoned sherry, bourbon and port casks to bring distinctive flavours to our dishes. Complementing this is our carefully curated wine list, showcasing old world classics, new world favourites and emerging varieties.

Landscape recently won Gold for Best Fine Dining Restaurant at the Hospitality Tasmania Awards and forms part of the Michelin Key-recipient Henry Jones Art Hotel.

What you can expect in a day in this role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Landscape, you'll be part of a passionate team delivering premium restaurant service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You'll work across all aspects of service, sharing your knowledge of our food, wine and Tasmanian produce while ensuring each guest receives warm, professional and attentive service.

What you will bring to the role

• Previous experience in a similar role within a premium or fine-dining venue
• A genuine passion for food, wine and the Tasmanian hospitality industry
• A strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
• The ability to work well within a close-knit team
• A flexible and reliable approach to working across a 7-day roster, including evenings
• A valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
