What you can expect in a day in this role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant on Tasmania's breathtaking east coast, you'll bring your expertise in delivering exceptional table service with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Working as part of a passionate team, you’ll be comfortable to take on whichever tasks require your attention to ensure the best guest experience possible.
What you will bring to the role:

Proven experience in a similar role in a premium venue,

A genuine passion for the Food & Beverage industry,

Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,

A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and

A vehicle and drivers' licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.
We’re looking for a committed team member who is ready to grow with us and remain in the role for at least 12 months. This position suits someone who values stability, consistency, and professional development within a supportive, collaborative environment. Your long-term contribution will help maintain continuity, strengthen relationships, and support us in delivering excellent outcomes for our team and customers.

By joining the Saffire team, you’ll work alongside inspiring industry mentors and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. The role is based in a stunning remote Tasmanian location, just a two-hour drive from Hobart or Launceston.
Team members have access to subsidised, fully furnished accommodation within Freycinet National Park, only 10 minutes from Coles Bay. Accommodation facilities include WiFi, a gym, and entertainment spaces. You’ll also receive a staff meal while on shift.
