What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this full-time Demi Chef Pastry role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated team within our pastry kitchen, preparing and delivering high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts and other baked goods for our guests. You’ll assist with daily preparation and presentation, ensuring each item is delivered with quality, care and attention to detail.

What you will bring to the role:  

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role  

• Eye for detail and strong time management with a genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking
• Experience in lamination of doughs, cake baking & decorating, product development & testing
• Mentoring & training  junior staff

• A strong desire to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations 

• Minimum of Certificate III in in Patisserie

• Availability to work across a 7-day roster
