What you can expect in a day in this role:  

As a casual Room Service/Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll help create a great guest experience by taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms with friendly, professional service. You’ll also help set up in-room dining experiences, answer guest enquiries and make sure our guests are well looked after. This role works across a rotating roster, including morning shifts from 6:15 am to 3:00 pm and evening shifts from 4:00 pm to 1:30 am, perfect for satisfying those early morning and late-night guest cravings! 

What you will bring to the role:  

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage environment 

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving 

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain 

• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
