Federal Group encompasses a wide group of impressive brands including MACq01, Henry Jones Art Hotel, Saffire, Wrest Point Casino, Country Club Tasmania,12 community hotels under the Vantage Group as well as Network Gaming, Odyssey and corporate teams.
What can you expect from a day in this role?
The Accounts Payable team is responsible for the processing of all Federal Group supplier invoices. Our goal is to pay all suppliers accurately and on time, which promotes the Accounts Payable Team as a professional and supportive team, allowing Business Units to serve their customers better and maintain supplier relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who has an excellent eye for detail, an aptitude for systems and processes, and an ability to engage with both our internal clients and valued suppliers.
What will you bring to the role?
Bring your experience in Accounts Payable to our Federal Group team, to succeed in this role you will have:
Previous experience working in accounts payable role – highly desirable
An aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail and providing exceptional internal customer service
Excellent administrative skills and an ability to deal with conflicting demands and be proactive in determining the prioritisation of tasks
Well-developed computer skills and a sound level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, and Outlook
