Are you ready for a role where your expertise truly matters? At Federal Group, we’re seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our high-performing Corporate Team and play a critical part in maintaining financial integrity across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to take ownership, work with precision, and contribute to the success of a diverse and dynamic Group.
As one of two Corporate Accountants supporting our Corporate Team, you’ll dive into the engine room of Federal Group which includes maintaining ledgers, driving reporting cycles, and keeping our compliance up to date.
As one of two Corporate Accountants, and working with a team of Finance Officers, you will be central to ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining clean, accurate ledgers and ensuring timely financial information flow
- Leading month end reporting across corporate entities
- Preparing weekly cashflow forecasts to support informed decision-making
- Managing direct and indirect tax obligations, including income tax, GST, payroll tax, and FBT
- Contributing to state gaming tax compliance
- Assisting with statutory reporting at half-year and year-end
- Supporting emerging ESG reporting requirements
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, policies, and processes
