What you can expect in a day in this role:

As a casual Commis Chef, you will prepare a range of different cuisines using Tasmania’s finest produce and freshest local ingredients with direction from our diverse and skilled chefs. You will have opportunities to cross-skill in different kitchens from our upmarket bistro to fine dining in the iconic Point Revolving Restaurant.

What you will bring to the role:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar environment,
• Genuine passion for working with Tasmanian produce,
• Desire to create exceptional customer experience,
• Motivated and driven team player, and
• Flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends and public holidays.

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
